- Your account password must be kept confidential at all times. You must not share your login credentials with any other party.
- Maga88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
- Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to our support team immediately via email at [email protected].
- We strongly encourage the use of two-factor authentication for added account security.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the maga88 platform are required to use this service responsibly and within the bounds of applicable law. You agree not to use this platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the maga88 platform:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to exploit the platform's systems.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or functionality of the platform.
- Abusing promotional offers or bonuses in a manner that contravenes the stated terms and conditions.
- Colluding with other users to unfairly manipulate the outcome of games or bets.
- Using funds derived from illegal activities to carry out any transaction on the platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all associated winnings and balances, and legal action where applicable.
4. Financial Transactions & Payment Policy
All transactions on the maga88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including TNG e-Wallet, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other available bank transfers.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen payment method and are subject to change. All successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe shown on the confirmation screen. maga88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the platform's current policy. Prior to the first approved withdrawal, users may be required to complete an identity verification process. maga88 reserves the right to withhold or cancel withdrawals if suspicious activity or a breach of terms is detected on the account.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. These requirements are detailed in the respective promotion terms.
5. Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits

Maga88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform in any way. In such cases, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.
Users who wish to close their own account may contact our support team by email. Account closure at the user's request is subject to the settlement of all pending transactions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, maga88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting or gaming activity.
